1. Data collection

We collect, save and process data within the context of registration, both for the Free Membership and the Premium Membership. Your visit to our website will be protocolled. Essentially, the IP address currently being used by your PC, the date and time, the browser type and the operating system of your PC as well as the pages visited by you will be collected. An inference to the person is usually not possible and also not intended.


2. Data usage and –forwarding

Coach Media Ltd. assures that customer information will be kept absolutely confidential. Saving and processing of data is carried out in compliance with legal requirements according to data security standards and on the basis of the latest technological standards. We also provide the assurance that your personal data will not be forwarded to third parties unless we are legally obligated to do so or you have given your consent beforehand. If we employ service providers for execution and processing purposes, the contractual relationship will be regulated according to the regulations of the Federal Data Privacy Act.

The submitted customer data will be exclusively used by Coach Media Ltd. for the demand-actuated design of the personal area and the personalized recommendations (among other things in form of personalized advertisement) as well as for the preparation of individualized expert advice within the context of email consultation, the execution of product tests, the Coach Media Ltd. Newsletter and market research purposes. The user submits the following data:


Personal data submitted at registration – Free Membership

User name, email address, password, height, age (date of birth), size, gender, weight, performance specification, illnesses and/or food allergies and food intolerance


Personal data submitted at registration – Premium Membership

First name, last name, address and bank information


Data cleared by the user

Blog entries, filed foods, filed recipes and filed sports


The user explicitly consents to the processing of this electronic data. Coach Media Ltd. provides the assurance that personal customer data will not be forwarded to third parties without the expressed consent of the customer. However, within the context of the expert consultation, Coach Media Ltd. has the right to grant carefully selected experts, who are consistently or loosely employed by Coach Media Ltd., access to the saved customer data in order to provide answers to inquiries. Coach Media Ltd. is only allowed to forward and evaluate anonymized data for the purpose of market research and personalized advertisement if the recipient of the data cannot make any individualized inference about the customer. Coach Media Ltd. stores data as long as it is necessary for the nature of the contract and the provided service.


By publishing content, which the user releases through blog entries, filed foods, filed recipes and sports, the user submits a non-exclusive, transferrable sublicensable, free, worldwide license for the usage of all content that was created on or in connection with dietcoachone.



3. Consent and revocation

Any personal data the user submits to us can be deleted at any time. Data for invoicing- and accounting purposes remain untouched by cancellation/revocation or deletion.


4. Storage duration

Personal data that have been submitted to us via our website are only stored until the purpose of their submission has been fulfilled. Storage duration for certain data may last up to 10 years according to trade- and fiscal storage terms.


5. User account

If you wish to register for the Free Membership, you consent to the storing of your personal data listed under item 2.


If you wish to register for the Premium Membership, you consent to the storing of your personal data listed under item 2.


You can then user your personal account on our platform with your email address or your user name and personal password.


6. Newsletter

With your consent your user name and email address will be used for our own advertisement purposes when you subscribe to the Newsletter. The Newsletter is exclusively sent by Coach Media Ltd. You can revoke your consent to receive the Newsletter by email at any time via our support form.


7. Your rights, information

If you no longer consent to the storing of your personal data or if this data is no longer accurate, we will initiate the deletion or blocking of your data upon request or perform the necessary corrections (provided that this is permissible according to the current law). Upon request you will receive free information about all of your personal data in our storage.

8. Usage of cookies

Using our service offer includes the deployment of cookies. You must therefore enable cookies in your browser settings. A randomly generated session code and possibly your user ID will be stored in the cookie. This makes it possible to differentiate between registered members and non-registered users. If available, we also save an affiliate ID and the page from where you accessed our pages. This requires the activation of cookies in your browser.


9. Personalized advertising

We use user data (such as information about the computer and Internet connection, operating system and platform, your service history, date and time of your visit to our homepage) in order to integrate advertisement that has been tailored to you and your interests.
